Please see the process as follow: Processes of brine system block ice making machine: 1.Put the buckets with full water in the brine tank first, then through heat exchange, the water in the ice buckets freezes and turn into ice block type. 2.The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thaw tank full of running warm water. 3.Then the block ice surface thaws and gets separate from ice bucket. The blocks then slide smoothly through an aperture into the Ice storage room. 4.The freezing cycle of ice block maker takes about 7.5 hours, about 3 harvests in 24 hrs, but based on the daily capacity. 
With regards to block ice weight, we can design our standard weight ( block ice size: L X W X H mm) or customized. 5kg (120x100x460mm) 10kg (155x100x700mm) 15kg (185x125x700mm) 20kg (245x125x700mm) 25kg (315x125x700mm) 50kg (480x160x700mm) If customers don’t have an existing site to place the block ice plant, he or she can choose the ice block making machine to be installed in a 20ft or 40ft container, For brine system block ice maker: 1) The smallest capacity containerized we make ice 5ton/day which in a 20' container. 2) The biggest capacity containerized we make is 12.5ton/day which in a 40' container.
