Product Application This Block Ice Machine FIB-10DC is our new concept of direct ice block system instead of traditional brine based system, after invest & study so many years of fields trips around the world. We found that to design the new tech direct cooling ice block ice machine is quote popular among customers. From discussion with clients, customer has a high requirements for block ice quality. however, this direct cooling type is able to produce edible block ice if water is clean enough. and it saves ice making time, ice doffing time, save labor, many advantages.
This innovative direct cooling or we can called direct refrigeration or direct freezing block ice machine using aluminum freezing plates. The material is completely conforms to food standards. If the water supply is fresh water or clean, then the block ice produced by this direct cooling type can be eaten directly, and of course it can also be used for foodstuffs cooling, fish cooling, etc.

Containerized block ice machine is movable, you can make the ice production from one place to another place, expecially for duck and port. We have below models for containerized block ice machine. Automatic type one.
20ft containerized design is suitable for 3tons/day, 5tons/day.
40ft containerized design is suitable for 10tons/day, 15tons/day, 18tons/day or 20tons/day

Brine system block ice machine configuration 1) Brine tank
The stainless steel part between the brine water and the brine tank highly resists rust and it works well in a cold condition.Concrete brine tank is also suggestibale for some projects.
2) Ice bucket
Stainlessw steel 304 and galvanized steel are available.The later is chosen for cost-saving.
3) Evaporator:
Paktong tubes are used as evaporator coil to improve the heat transfer effect,and its stainlessness,anti-corrosion can guarantee the long service time.
4) Agitator:
Adjust the salt concentration to improve the heat exchange effect.
5) Can dumper:
Excellent design guarantees the ice-thawing efficiency.
6) Thawing tank:
Heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
