Product Description Focusun direct system Block Ice Machine model FIB-300ES  Focusun direct system block ice machine is much more automatically compared to traditional brine system, no need brine water tank, no need ice thawing tank, no need crane system, it produces ice in buckets which are made of alumium alloy plates, water exchange heat directly with refrigerant, after freezing, worker press doffing mode button, ice will be discharged from buckets and stand on holding plates automatically, this kind of machine is power saving, space saving, labor saving.
Main Features 1) The Evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requiements.
2) Ice-thawing and ice-doffing process are fully-automatic, therefore no manual work is needed during ice thawing and doffing process.
3) The ice is doffed by batch and each ice-doffing process takes about 25 minutes.
4) The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift, quick and convenient.

Instructive installation guide is provided, engineer fly there to set up machines and train you, you only pay for visa fee, enginner fee (one person USD50 per day, usually one person 5~7 days is enough, exact days depends), round trip tickets, room and food, etc..
