Working principle:
the spiral feeder is produced by motor power, drive the cycloid speed reducer drive to corti, is a kind of using screw rotate forward extrusion of material, make the material produces push forward at the same time, the spiral feeding from the inlet feed through corti mandatory conveying to the discharging mouth. The machine can be with my company's series packing machine, complete automatic feeding function;And can be used independently for mixing machine, injection machine and have a certain height requirements of automatic feeding equipment.1, vibration characteristic of the spiral feeding machine screw feeder can improve a variety of powder materials, container and heave dragons are all stainless steel;2 each switch control, feeding motor, vibration motor vibration amplitude can be adjusted, the whole screw can convenient disassembling and cleaning.3, the machine has automatic feeding, automatic stop (independent use need to add my company's control system, in order to complete the automatic feeding function) 4, screw and barrel with soft connection between bin, remove easily;Cylinder bottom valve and positive &negative switching, convenient cleaning;5, house and side vibration motor, make the material easily into the spiral automatically.
